Pastry Chef
The Pastry Chef is responsible for all aspects of the operations in the pastry department including: creating and implementing dessert and baking menus, including wedding cakes for our Restaurant (with changing menus on a daily basis) and Catering Department, as well as off site events, Winemakers dinner desserts, and special events. Responsibilities also include controlling and managing costs, executing a daily, changing menu, providing training and overall supervision of the pastry team. To ensure the Pastry Department’s success, the ideal Pastry Chef candidate will have a minimum of three years experience Pastry Chef experience, to include a minimum of one experience in a fine dining establishment.

Catering Executive Sous Chef
Our Catering Kitchen is now hiring for the position of Catering Executive Sous Chef. We are dedicated to preparing our food ala minute in any catering situation. We support our local formers and believe in using only ingredients that are in season. We are looking for an Executive Sous Chef who demonstrates an intense passion for wonderful food, attention to detail and desire to work in a diverse team environment. Successful candidates will have a minimum of five years supervisory experience in an upscale, high-volume catering establishment.
The Executive Sous Chef is responsible for the successful execution of many events, including weddings, corporate events, winemakers dinners, and golf tournaments.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the highest quality and recognized catering organizations. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years proven experience with a strong track record of innovative food cost control, effective labor cost control, providing inspired and authentic leadership and building highly energized, professional and superior performing teams with an overall focus on delivering outstanding management and business results. Off site catering business experience is helpful.

Catering Cook I
The Catering Department is currently hiring part-time Cook I positions. Requires a minimum of one year of high-end restaurant and/or catering experience at a similar level. Two or more years of cumulative culinary experience or education is preferred. the ideal candidate must have an excellent background in all cooking methods and will be expected to provide direct support to the chefs in the preparation and execution of all catered events, displaying superior time management, multi-tasking, listening skills and be team oriented.
